Supervisor, Performance Engineering - ( 260000A7 ) Description JOB PURPOSE: The Supervisor of Performance Engineering will plan and direct supervise employees engaged in the development and implementation of effective management concepts: and research/investigate means of improving methods and reducing costs utilizing Industrial Engineering techniques. Essential Duties: Train, direct and supervise employees within the area of responsibility having the authority to hire, transfer, promote, discipline, discharge, handle grievances and other managerial functions.
