Job Description The Vice President of Total Rewards is a senior executive responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and execution of all total rewards programs for Advance Auto Parts. This role ensures the company’s compensation, benefits, well-being, and recognition programs attract, motivate, and retain talent while aligning with business strategy, financial objectives, and shareholder interests. The VP of Total Rewards partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Legal, and the Board of Directors (including the Compensation Committee) to deliver market‑competitive, equitable, and compliant reward solutions across corporate, retail, supply chain, and field populations. Location & Work Availability: This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
