Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA. You’ll independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead program/project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding. Secret clearance is required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: - As Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders - Manage taskers and staffing packets - Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications - Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.) - Plan, resource and su...
