Position Overview: Leads the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversees the planning, execution, governance, and reporting of complex, multi-million-dollar IT and business transformation programs. Ensures consistent application of project and program management standards, financial discipline, risk management, and executive transparency across the enterprise portfolio. Partners with business and IT leaders to align investments with strategic priorities while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory constraints in a global, regulated medical device environment. Responsibilities: Portfolio & Program Management - Manage a portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects spanning IT, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Commercial functions. - Oversee delivery of multi-million-dollar initiatives including ERP, MES, QMS, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and digital transformation programs. - Ensure programs are aligned to enterprise strategy, business value, and transformation roadmaps.
