DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to incoming inquiries from Season Ticket Members Develop relationships with Season Ticket Members through various touchpoint initiatives throughout the year via phone calls, emails, in person meetings, game day interactions and other special events Identify partners that Season Ticket Members may share accounts with and develop an understanding of what they value about their Patriots experience Collaborate with the Member Services Team to incorporate new creative ideas to get key decision makers involved with our off-season events and game day experiences Strive to retain Season Ticket Members from year to year and ensure their long term happiness Act as a liaison with the Ticket Office including follow up on unpaid accounts, seat relocation requests and other ticket management issues...
