We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) . The OR RN will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and experience working in an operating room environment. Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. - Serve as circulating nurse in the operating room. - Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases. - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technicians to ensure safe patient care. - Monitor patient condition and maintain sterile environment during procedures. - Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. - Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care. - Follow infection control, safety, and ASC protocols.
