Meet Dr. Grant G. Garlick, MD Position Summary: Under the supervision of Dr. Garlick, Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support a high-volume orthopaedic practice with a focus on sports medicine and knee joint replacement. This role is designed for a clinically driven APP who is interested in both surgical and clinic-based care, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the operating room, procedures, and patient management with increasing autonomy. The position includes exposure to advanced orthopaedic techniques, including injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, and pre-operative treatment workflows. The APP will play a critical role in maintaining clinic flow, supporting surgical cases, and ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey. This position includes a structured onboarding and training period, with the expectation that the provider will transition into a high level of independence in the clinic setting once fully ramped.
