About the role: Provides exceptional customer service in dealership through accurate inspections for defects and equipment diagnoses, and performs necessary services in the allotted time frame for each job. $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus. $1,000 paid after the first day of employment, $4,000 paid after a successful 90 day performance review conducted by your manager. What you'll do: - Maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems - Demonstrated abilities to diagnose equipment failures and perform necessary repairs utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools. - Record and document the diagnoses and procedures, order necessary parts, and estimate time to complete equipment repairs. - Attends and successfully completes required technician training classes - Working knowledge of the hazards and practical application of safety precautions common to equipment Qualifications: - 2 years technical training/certification or equivalent...
