Early Career Trainee, Service Business Operation

Job Description Summary As an Early Career Trainee in the Business Operations department, you will gain hands-on experience in managing various stages of the installed base lifecycle, from asset registration to end-of-life. This is a 1 year contract Trainee position to be based in Ankara or Istanbul. You will be responsible for entering customer information, warranties, and contracts into the Service ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all types of services. In this role, you will also support data remediation & updates, contribute to Channel Partner transitions in CRM-ServiceMax, participate in data cleanup, migration, and verification activities. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across functions to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
