Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family centered care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, and the vision and values of the organization, works in a team based environment, assesses, diagnoses and treats the full range of communication and swallowing disorders for adult clients in home, facilities, community or clinic settings. Completes client reports, educates client/family, provides counseling and consultation, and presents lectures. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, risk management and research, and provides orientation to new team members and Speech-Language Pathology students.
