TEAM LEADER (CULINARY) (FULL TIME)

Job description

Perform basic inventory tasks, including monitoring stock and communicating shortages. Arrange coverage for cook call-offs or step in to fill shifts when necessary. Monitor completion of all required food safety, temperature, and production logs. Support production staff by providing guidance, training, and hands-on assistance as needed. Conduct routine checks of storage areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards. Work closely with Management to ensure smooth communication and consistent workflow.
