Assistant General Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation across the Restaurant, Private Dining Rooms, Concert Bar and Café, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong commercial performance and operational excellence. Operations: - Support the day-to-day running of all restaurant outlets, ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction and operational readiness are consistently achieved. - Lead from the floor during busy services, VIP visits and operational challenges, supporting teams to deliver exceptional experiences. - Oversee bookings, guest notes, reservations and operational systems to ensure smooth service flow and team preparedness. - Work closely with kitchen, bar, café and events teams to ensure seamless coordination across all services.
