The Role: This position will support SO1 Force-In-Being / Capability Assessments Program (FIB/CAP) by providing an interface between Force Design Division and Army Programs. The primary purpose will be implementing the 2026 Integrated Investment Plan (IIP) and National Defence Strategy. This will require the position o employ effective communication strategies to build trusted relationship between VCDF Group and Land Capability Division (LCD) and to deliver consistent and sound capability analysis.
