Overview Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Workers’ Compensation Defense practice. This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing anywhere in Florida. The successful candidate will manage an independent caseload while collaborating closely with a seasoned Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality representation to our clients. This role is designed for a practitioner looking to deepen their expertise within a sophisticated, well-established team. We value precision in legal writing and technical proficiency in medical record analysis. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution. Partner with senior attorneys to execute complex litigation strategies and client consultations. Conduct comprehensive analysis of medical records to guide case development and liability assessments. Draft substantive legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and employers to ensure strategic alignment.
