HVAC Mechanic 3 POSITION SUMMARY: The HVAC Mechanic III will provide HVAC maintenance support. This position involves performing maintenance, diagnostic testing, overhauling, installation, and repairs on various types of equipment and controls related to air conditioning, dehumidification, refrigeration, ventilation, and heating systems within critically controlled environmental installations. A flexible working schedule may be required for this role. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or GED - 8 years’ experience as a HVAC mechanic. - 3 years’ experience in DDC Controls required. - Universal CFC Certification, required - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance of power generation equipment is required. SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Basic computer skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
