Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, related functions, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or similar environments. - Knowledge of SAP, SQL and statistical tools/systems. - Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a changing and growing environment, and drive operational initiatives - Ability to manage processes that require attention to detail and detail oriented. - Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with executive management. - Excellent communication skills with influencing and partnering with both finance and non-finance business stakeholders and budget owners.
