Position Summary The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM)isresponsible forleading the shift operations within the clinicalsetting to ensure delivery ofhigh-quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow. In conjunction with the Department Nursing OperationsManager and the Assistant Nursing Operations Manager (ANOM); the CANM provides guidance, fosters collaboration, and isresponsible for the unit’s clinical operations including patient care assignments, customer experience, productivity, and qualityoutcomes in settings where patients have an advanced illness or injury that routinely requires timely, intense, and complex care tostabilize and support the patient’s medical condition. These areas require a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio and highly trained teammembers with advanced skills.
