Considered an expert on competitive rotary/oil free products, vacuum, scroll and other technologies. Must have the ability, skills, and temperament to train other technicians on Sullair rotary products and accessories. Provides maintenance and technical support for Sullair products at customer field locations. Installs new products or enhances existing ones and may provide training and best practices for on-site customer personnel. Identifies and troubleshoots all possible malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs. Prepares detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions.
