Quality Engineering and Program Manager - Phantom Works Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineering and Program Manager to join the Phantom Works Quality team! This position will report directly to the Senior Quality Program Manager of Phantom Works Quality and be responsible for the PW Space and PW Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Quality Organization and can be located in either Kent, WA or Southern California region. The ideal candidate should have experience executing quality statement of work, effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle. Develops and executes business plans, policies, procedures and strategies to maintain and improve organizational and quality system performance.
