Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client service culture and in accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide senior secretarial program support. Supervises three (3) to ten (10) designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements. Prepares staff schedules, receives and processes approved requests such as vacation, leave of absence and terminations and maintains timekeeping records for staff. Attends meetings, compiles and maintains a variety of statistical/financial information, sets up and maintains filing systems, identifies supplies and orders replacement items.
