Job description

Hybrid - On Site and Telework (Must live in Austin, TX area) I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: SD-WAN implementation and optimization Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics) Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services) - Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms - Oversee daily operational activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability - Serve as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues - Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams, including infrastructure and security-focused functions Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including: - Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts - Ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements - Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals - Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives - Provide status rep...
