We are looking for a: Junior BAU Support Specialist: to join our global application support team. In this role, you will ensure operational stability for our Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing applications. You will execute standard triage and recovery steps using documented runbooks, collect evidence, coordinate with business stakeholders, and escalate non-standard issues to senior application owners. This is an entry-level role focused on L1/L1.5 operational support. Configuration, code changes, and design ownership remain with application owners. What You Will Do: Incident Management (L1/L1.5): Monitor and manage incoming incidents: and requests in ServiceNow queues. Acknowledge tickets and confirm: impact, urgency, and affected users or markets. Perform initial triage using runbooks: and known error patterns.
