Overview: The Copy writer Lead is the day ‑ to ‑ day guardian of the BAU brand TOV, steering the team in delivering our irreverent British tone — making sure everything we say (whether online, in-boxes, or through the letterbox) sounds unmistakably Boden. This role is hands ‑ on and delivery ‑ driven, steering copy across campaigns, product and customer communications while juggling multiple timelines and priorities. You’ll lead by example — writing, editing and shaping copy that is both compelling and commercially effective. Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
