Reporting to the Account Manager, this is a key position with the overall objective for delivering operational and service excellence to the client. Responsible and accountable for developing and executing all aspects of the project from start to finish in a co-ordinated manner to ensure Eden maintains margin expectations, manages customer requirements, leads and develops fitting teams to ensure Best in Class service is delivered and maintained. This role will require you to be the ambassador for Eden and you will need to develop relationships across all touch points including problem solving with solutions that protect our margin and service performance.
