Title: Instructor, Accounting - 9/10 Month (Term) POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction in Accounting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform job duties from the assigned campus/instructional site/work location. Teach chemistry courses on-ground at the assigned campus/instructional site/work location. Other instructional delivery modes, such as online, hybrid or web-enhanced, taught from the assigned campus/instructional site/work location, may be assigned based on operational needs, as determined by the College. Work with course leads and/or program coordinators/directors to ensure consistent student experiences. Utilize the college’s learning management system to provide course materials to students. Maintain and submit updated department syllabi prior to the first day of class. Regularly check College email and departmental mailbox. Respond to emails/messages within 24 hours except on the weekend. Complete all required reports such as student engagement, Early Alerts, progress reports, grade submissions; administer and return surveys and student outcome assessments by the required deadlines.
