Oviedo ( other RHIM locations are also possible) Full time: Your position: Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Planning, this role is responsible for aligning and owning the delivery of the global demand plan across all regions. As a Global Demand Planning & IBP Expert, you will ensure accuracy, consistency, and business relevance of the consolidated demand plan by partnering closely with regional planning teams, commercial leaders, finance, and supply chain stakeholders. Your primary role would be to design, standardize, and sustain global demand planning processes and performance management frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with strategic business goals. You will contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global demand planning processes by acting as a key user of advanced planning tools to drive scalability, efficiency, and digital maturity across regions.
