R eporting to the Head of Airfield - The Airfield Civils Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing serviceability, availability , and maintenance of the diverse airfield civil, structural and habitat asset base through effective modern monitoring and maintenance service delivery. Responsible for planning and training the Airfield winter snow clearing teams and act in the role of one of the appointed Airfield winter snow managers in line with agreed on call arrangements. The A irfield Civils Delivery Manager shall lead the Airfield, Specialist Operative maintenance shift team, with 4 team leads reporting directly, working across a 24/7 shift arrangement. Coordinate with electrical, planning, and operational stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant planned and reactive works. Oversee documentation, ARAs, JRAs, SWPs, and Permit-to-Work approvals to ensure operational readiness and compliance. This role ensures the safety, serviceability, and regulatory compliance of all airfield civil and habitat assets in line with EASA, ICAO, and internal standards.
