Context Epta İstanbul is seeking an ICT Workplace Specialist for our Ergene facility. In our production and office environment, where all operations rely on IT tools and systems, the candidate will support employees in using hardware and software effectively, ensuring uninterrupted operations. The role focuses on managing IT equipment and network issues in both office and production areas, providing first-level troubleshooting, and coordinating with central IT teams or external providers when needed. Quick response to critical production issues, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are essential for this position.
