Position Summary: OPEX Corporation is looking for a Part-Time Field Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work and helping customers keep their equipment running smoothly. This role is well suited for individuals who’d like to use their technical skills, and work a flexible, part-time schedule—without the demands of a full-time role. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - This position is responsible for the day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment - Installing and setting up new equipment - Interact with customers to understand issues and clearly explain solutions as well as keep customers informed during service visits and answer questions - Complete service documentation and reports - Keeping the customer informed as repairs are made and answer any question that may arise. - Interact with management as well as other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues. - Submit weekly online timecards and expense reports - Practical mechanical, electronics, or computer skills gained through work or hands-on experience - A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills - Valid drive...
