Overview Advanced Technologies & Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL) is hiring a Communication Specialist to work on a cross functional, multi-disciplinary team to support the successful transition of a health plan contract and to enhance the overall member experience and education. Services will focus on ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with members, integrating email services into the current process before, during, and after transition. The transition to a new health care administrator presents significant operational and communications challenges that directly impact member understanding, satisfaction, and trust. During this critical period, it is essential to have dedicated expertise to ensure members are informed, supported, and confident in their continued access to care and services. The successful candidate will develop a communication strategy plan for both internal and external partners to communicate health plan changes and the changes that members will need to know and act on.
