TITLE: Research and Extension Compliance Associate DEPARTMENT: Land Grant Program: REPORTS TO: Civil Rights Compliance Officer for USDA Programs CLASSIFICATION: Staff-12 months: EFFECTIVE DATE: TBD: STANDARD WORK HOURS: 37.5 hours per week LOCATION : On-Site-Main Campus: EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: The Research and Extension Compliance Associate supports civil rights compliance efforts by conducting research, assisting with data collection and reporting, coordinating training and audit logistics, and supporting the office through documentation, outreach, and communication with stakeholders. This position works collaboratively with available units to ensure consistent necessary training support, and compliance alignment across the Land Grant Program and the College.
