Primary area of coverage: Alsip, Blue Island, Calumet Park, Merrionette Park Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health Schedule & Coverage Area: This position is eligible for up to a $5,000.00 sign on bonus and subject to all taxes. You must be working in this same position at time of payout. Current internal team members are not eligible at this time. - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Primary Coverage Area: Alsip, Blue Island, Calumet Park, Merrionette Park Major Responsibilities: Quality of Care & Patient Safety Facilitates the patient’s and family’s right to receive high-quality, cost-effective care in alignment with Advocate’s MVP of Stewardship, while working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). - Utilizes appropriate resources in response to situations that may negatively impact patient and family outcomes. - Adapts practice in accordance with current standards and evidence-based literature. - Participates in initiatives to reduce risk an...
