The Role: As an L1 Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web. You’ll listen, respond, troubleshoot, and advocate for customers - ensuring every interaction reflects Veolia’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
