Role Overview Create Unforgettable Experiences as Sodexo’s Catering Manager Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a skilled and service-driven Catering Manager to support Sodexo operations at Alfred University . This role oversees a fast-paced catering department with a high volume of VIP, campus-wide, and client-driven events requiring hands-on leadership, creativity, and exceptional service execution. You will manage a medium to large catering operation with under $1.5M in managed volume, coordinating complex events and serving as the primary partner to campus clients. This role demands strong operational oversight, event design expertise, team leadership, and an unwavering commitment to delivering polished, memorable experiences.
