Job Description: The Role Do you want to build real AI products at scale while shaping how they are delivered responsibly across the enterprise? We are hiring an AI Technology Risk Engineer to designing, building, and shipping AI‑powered products and platforms—while embedding strong technology risk and control foundations from day one! In this role, you will be hands‑on engineering, integrating, and hardening modern AI stacks including agentic workflows, cloud AI platforms, and full‑stack systems. This is an opportunity to help define how AI products are built, deployed, and scaled safely across Fidelity. The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring 5–8 years of experience building and delivering production AI or ML‑driven products, with strong full‑stack engineering depth. You have hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks and tooling such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and agent‑based architectures, and have built or contributed to agentic workflows, autonomous agents, and orchestration logic that integrate tools, memory, and decisioning.
