Job description

Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Anesthesiology Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Functions in collaborative practice with physician(s) in private office setting for medically complex patients. Autonomously performs patient assessment, diagnosis, and intervention according to approved protocols. Supports physician to develop and maintain patients. Collaborates with specialties and maintains continuity of care. Provides office coverage for physician(s) during periods of absence. Prescribes a variety of modalities to meet wellness and illness needs, up to and including hospital admission/discharge and prescriptive authority. Supervises private office clinical personnel as needed. 4 10 hour days per week Education/Experience: Advanced Practice Registered Nurses - Master’s Degree in Nursing as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. - Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience or related specialized area strongly preferred.
