Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Provide evidence based individual, group, family, and educational services including assessment and psychotherapy. Document clinical and consultative activities in patient electronic medical record. Participates as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to help assure the most appropriate treatment of patients. Works to develop and promote the programs and objectives of the department. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. 1. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Idaho 2. One to three years of experience in a mental health setting required. 3. Experience in multiple therapy techniques preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.
