Description Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist role will provide daily hands-on support of systems and applications under the direction of the Director of IT. Essential Functions: - Administer end-user support and customer service as a team member of the IT Help Desk. - Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows PCs - Microsoft 365 account administration and password management. - React and respond to security related notifications and incidents. - Execute technical instructions related to installing Windows operating systems and end user apps. - Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and IT training.
