Job description

Summary of Position: Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests visiting the restaurant. Expected to provide exceptional food and beverage service to all guests. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of the bar, following standard and signature recipes and the company’s and local alcoholic beverage policies. Ability to maintain self-control in a fast paced atmosphere, with constant customer interaction. Qualifications: - Perform all opening and closing duties as appropriate. - Comply with standard grooming and dress code policies expressed in the Employee Handbook. - Greet guests entering and exiting the restaurant in a friendly and courteous manner - Take beverage orders from guests and servers. - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes. - Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars. - Check the identification of customers seated at the bar to ensure that they meet the minimum drinking age. - Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system. - Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if appl...
