The Opportunity: We have x2 permanent opportunities for Claims Officers to join our Commercial Property Claims Team where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims. Your new role: Provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases. Manage both Commercial and Domestic Claims property claims. Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes. Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly. Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims. Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines. Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies. Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
