Position Description Key Responsibilities: Inspection and Compliance: - Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with blasting requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. - Inspect mechanical, civil, and structural systems to verify proper installation and functionality. - Identify and document any deviations from approved plans and specifications and recommend corrective actions. Quality Assurance: - Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. - Perform tests and inspections on materials and equipment to ensure they meet required standards Reporting and Documentation: regarding inspection results and project status - Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other relevant documentation. - Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders Coordination and Support: - Collaborate with project teams to resolve construction issues and ensure timely project co...
