Role Overview The Sr Analyst, IT Business (Data‑focused Business Analysts) is a senior, hands‑on Business & Data Analyst embedded within a Data Engineering delivery team . This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to translate complex business needs into high‑quality data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and operational decision‑making. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with data , writing SQL queries, exploring datasets, validating outputs, and telling the story of what the data represents to both technical and non‑technical audiences. The role also operates in a product‑oriented, agile environment , owning data requirements from concept through delivery.
