We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. ** MUST BE WORKER'S COMP CERTIFIED OR WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED **: Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position! Qualifications/Education Required: At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients Therapist license and registration: BLS from American Heart Association: Physical and QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 5 years: Malpractice Insurance: NPI #: Responsibilities: Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand/work for extended periods Additional responsibilities as required: Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1 hour Equal Opportunity Employer: Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for...
