Department: 01120 AMG Mount Prospect Golf Road - Family Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Schedule: Monday/Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM Tuesday/Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM: Wednesday 8:00AM-6:00PM: ** 2nd Saturday of every month 8:00AM-12:00PM Polish speaking, preferred. The CMA would only be at Buffalo Grove for onboarding/training, and coverage as needed. The primary location is Mount Prospect - Monday-Friday.
