Job Description Sodexo Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Indigenous Mentor and Community Liaison Officers to join our team. These roles are integral to supporting the cultural wellbeing and career development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees across the organisation, ensuring an inclusive and supportive workplace environment. About the Role: The Indigenous Mentor and Community Liaison Officers will provide onboarding, mentoring, and cultural support to Indigenous employees through our Indigenous Mentoring and Career Pathways Development Program. Your role will focus on supporting employees’ professional growth, career development, and personal resilience. This will be achieved through regular support interactions, cultural wellbeing activities, and by connecting team members with relevant services both internally and externally.
