Overview Nakupuna Companies is looking for a CFIUS Analyst to support the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN RD&A) at the Pentagon. This position is 100% on-site. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and is a top-notch communicator. Comprehensive Due Diligence & CFIUS Case Analysis: - Conducts in-depth due diligence on foreign entities involved in statutorily mandated transactions. This includes analyzing complex corporate structures, foreign ownership, investment details, and investigating adverse media and public records - For each new case, authors the "Program Impact Assessment," which identifies affected DON programs and articulates the initial theory of harm, incorporating trend data from the Economist to provide broader context - Authors the "Preliminary Risk Assessment" for relevant Program...
