The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity. Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position. The Pima County Transportation Department uses advanced technologies, data and the hard work of 190 employees to manage over 2,250 miles of roadways, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, bridges and over 100 traffic signals. We are looking to add a Deputy Director to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transportation design, construction, development and managing a diverse team.
