Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in media industry agreement negotiation. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience in content distribution, business affairs, or carriage and distribution negotiations within the media or video programming industry. Preferred qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. - Experience in negotiating distribution agreements for linear cable television, broadcast stations, direct-to-consumer offerings, and advertiser supported content. - Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership. - Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements. - Excellent communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fluid, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
