The PENTA Building Group is searching for a construction Healthcare Project Executive with prior healthcare construction project experience to join our team in Phoenix, AZ ! The Healthcare Project Executive is responsible for the management and coordination of the project team (or teams); and, in conjunction with the Project Manager and General Superintendent, assumes corporate-level responsibility and accountability for the success of the healthcare project(s) they are assigned to. A PENTA Healthcare Project Executive will also: - Lead major healthcare construction projects or multiple concurrent healthcare projects. Ensure all PENTA procedures and processes are followed by assuming project accountability from conceptual drawings to post-construction. - Demonstrate project-level leadership and corporate-level leadership. - Serve as the primary point of contact between PENTA and healthcare clients—including hospital executives, facility directors, imaging administrators, clinical end-users, and Owner’s Representatives—to foster, strengthen, and protect long-term client relationships.
