Senior Designers at Instrument deliver consistently high-quality design work while taking greater ownership of creative execution, concept development, and collaboration across disciplines. This role operates with increased autonomy and discernment, translating creative direction into refined, purposeful design solutions that meet both creative and business goals. Senior Designers are trusted contributors on projects — shaping workstreams, mentoring peers through example, and helping elevate the overall quality, clarity, and efficiency of design across teams.
